There’s a fantastic amount of natural daylight due to the floor-to-ceiling glass exterior and large internal light atrium. We have a plethora of break-out areas for a few moments away from your desks and kitchens stocked with high-quality teas and coffees complimentary to all clients. If you are looking for a serviced office in W2 to impress – this is it!
This is a stunning modern building offering serviced offices in Paddington’s thriving Merchant Square. You’ll enjoy some of the best views London has to offer stretching out over the West End, North London and right across to the City all without moving from your desk. We have the top 4 floors of this very modern building shared with M&S and other global giants.
Part of a Joint Venture with Network Rail, this is within Paddington Station itself. The main entrance is from Eastbourne Terrace but we have a second entrance directly from Platform 1 (you have to follow the blue line on the floor…. you’ll know what we mean when you see it). Designed and built by Brunel, this building is Grade 1 Listed, dating from 1854. Part derelict and mostly unloved, we’ve worked with the brilliant architects at DMFK to restore everything…. the moldings, brick-vaulted ceilings, arches, steel columns etc. There are no suspended ceilings or recessed lighting, just lots of space and natural light. And we’ve managed to incorporate a full air conditioning system sympathetically whilst we were at it. Definitely a challenge and definitely some sleepless nights, but worth the added grey hair. A range of offices, loads of meeting spaces, event spaces and amazing kitchens and break out space. PS – don’t forget to check out the artwork referencing a certain Bear associated with the Station caught in a erm…comprising position.
A perfect complement to the Grade-1 listed Paddington station next door (another TOG space don’t you know), our office building at number 20 Eastbourne terrace is big on style and features. The 1960s heavy concrete office block has been stripped back and refreshed to create a light and roomy space with a striking scandi-inspired ‘Sky Garden’ style, created in partnership with architects Stiff & Trevillion. A standout mix of flexible workspace awaits in Paddington, including one of our largest co-working space to date, studio offices perfect for startups, beautiful offices, extraordinary event spaces and light, comfortable meeting rooms.
And all this comes with stunning panoramic city views, café to keep you fed and watered plus access to a 2,000 sq. ft. roof garden for that extra bit of ‘wow’ factor. Plus, there’s space for 160 bikes.
