St Thomas Street
An already popular location for serviced offices, our St. Thomas Street workspace is situated between the Shard building and the bustling foodie destination of Borough market. Have a look at our area guides for information on the best locations for your industry.
The site spans across 6 interconnecting Georgian buildings offering just over 5,000sqft across the ground and lower floors. This stunning period building has recently been restored and refurbished to its former glory creating a fantastic contemporary space brimming with period features, which is something many serviced offices in the area cannot compete with.
The site boasts a large courtyard area, which really sets this development apart and is a real luxury for any office worker in central London. St. Thomas Street is unbranded, fully furnished and offers a bespoke space, which can be tailored to meet the requirements of each individual business.
A fast-growing creative neighbourhood. Co-working in Borough just a few steps from the Northern line. Less time commuting, more time where you want to be. And with Borough market as your local deli, plenty of reasons not to eat at your desk. Try something new.
Borough High Street
When we first heard about this building being available, we turned it down. Not for us, bit too 1980′s, bit vanilla. Love it when we’re wrong. Fortunately, Neil, the agent who introduced it, did that whole stalking thing until we relented and headed down there, so we are very much in his debt. First up this building is much closer to the market and London Bridge Station than you realise and almost opposite Borough Station. And secondly, when we were on site, we removed some of the ceiling tiles and saw amazing ceiling heights and a coffered concrete ceiling throughout. That was that then. A beautiful ceiling showed us the potential (well done Sam for actually looking although he is the tallest in the office so kind of expected).
Architects Stiff & Trevillion worked with us to starkly change the outside and create a beautiful building inside. A mix of individual offices, meeting rooms, events spaces, lounge spaces and co-working spaces. We’re back on track with our sustainability hat on, so we established a number of Green Roof gardens, Rainwater harvesting, low energy lighting, PV and solar panels, lots of bike storage (secure) and showers, drying room etc.
Tintagel House in SE1 is now open and we’re really proud of it.
We’ve collaborated with architects Stanton Williams and Universal Design Studio to deliver this building and at just under 100,000 sq ft, we’ve put in more into this than any of our previous projects.
The ground floor has a gym opening out on to a garden immediately overlooking the river; we have an art gallery; a shop exclusively for use by TOG members on a shared and rotating basis; a cafe with a real focus on healthy eating; meeting/conference rooms and of course co-working.
Upstairs are all the private offices with incredible natural light and a complete mix of sizes, so we should be able to suit any business.
And then on the top floor we have some more meeting rooms, an apartment with a sunken bath (seriously) and a members’ bar, again overlooking the river with outdoor terraces and then a full roof garden above this.
It’s incredibly easy to get to (lots of bike racks (great showers), 75 m from Vauxhall Station (Victoria line and 9 mins from Oxford Circus)). It's also a short distance from Waterloo station.
