Our first Soho building is now open.

We particularly enjoyed our design research for this building. Scouring the iconic spaces of Soho (bars, restaurants, cafes) for inspiration with architects Universal Design, we found one main consistent theme - pop art.

We've created a series of abstract graphic spaces, incorporating blocks of colour and delicious materials like indigo denim upholstery and curtains, recycled plastic and linoleum surfaces and perforated aluminium.

We’ve dotted pockets of spaces for meetings, or simply escapism, throughout the building and the ground floor has an interactive wall for flexible exhibitions to showcase your work.

At this iconic address in Soho we offer private offices on flexible terms, co-working, lounge membership, meeting rooms and virtual addresses.

Once a music publishing house—which explains the sheet music and grand piano at the entrance—this London office space is now a tight-knit entrepreneurial community. The historic building is centrally located and retains much of its original charm, including the large bay windows and exposed brick walls. Filling the entire second floor, the dog-friendly coworking space is perfect for anyone in the creative field, from PR firms to media companies to sports brand startups. A large screening room can accommodate 16 people. It’s a seven-minute walk from the Tottenham Court Road Underground station and a few minutes farther from Oxford Circus. Hundreds of buses traverse through the main artery of Oxford Street, which is three minutes away. The area touts hundreds of shops, cafes, and restaurants, all of them a stone’s throw from Soho London. For a beautifully designed space filled with like-minded entrepreneurs, your best choice is this London office space.

Two contrasting buildings from very different periods have been combined into one office building. The period Georgian building is accessed from Stratford Place, a cul-de-sac directly opposite Bond Street tube station. It links through to a more modern office building constructed in the 1970s which fronts on to Marylebone Lane. You can choose what style of working and what address best suits your business.

Architects Wells Mackereth have had the challenge of combining the two styles and creating design-led space. As well as a range of office sizes, styles and meeting spaces, this building also features contemporary co-working spaces, meeting rooms, event spaces and a big, bright lounge.
