As Station buildings go, King’s Cross is one of the most iconic with Grade 1 listing and designed in 1852 by Harry Potter. Or Lewis Cubitt. One of the two. We’ve taken two floors of offices that form part of the main station building. Enter from the front of station on the corner of York Way and Euston Road, just to the right of the beautiful arches looming over the main entrance. The offices have been comprehensively refurbished revealing the original brickwork and steel and iron features of the building. Alongside private office space, it’s got a shared work space & co-working lounge as well as a range of meeting rooms, event space and dining spaces throughout the first floor.
Grid Iron Building
It’s the one with circular pillars – 396 to be precise. These cast iron pillars both support Chipperfield’s latest project and are a respectful nod to King’s Cross’ Victorian past – think Joe in Great Expectations.
We’ve taken 3 floors in this iconic space providing workspaces for whatever way your business runs best. Offices, a drop-in lounge, event space & meeting rooms are all backed up by excellent technology and a really great team.
The building overlooks Pancras Square which is jam-packed with green spaces, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. And if you’re after a serotonin fix there’s a swimming pool and gym across the road at Five Pancras Square. If you still need convincing that we’re really in the heart of this exciting new London space, there’s direct access to Kings Cross St Pancras tube from the ground floor of the building. Now you don’t get more tapped in than that.
We bought a site right at the gateway to the 67-acre King’s Cross Central development and have refurbished the existing Stanley building which is a small listed building in central London (It's one of the last examples of one of the first examples of social housing in London). We then wrapped a new building around it to create a new 30,000 sq. ft. office building, offering a contemporary office space and a range of meeting venues next to King's Cross.
Studio Downie Architects worked with Wells Mackereth to create space for a range of office sizes, meeting rooms, event spaces and co-working spaces. We also went Green again, with a green roof terrace, rainwater harvesting, PV panels, CHP heating and a proper lighting strategy (sensors, low energy etc.).
Located in a stunning, modern building overlooking the Regent’s Canal, this location is a full floor of Kings Cross coworking space that’s fit for royalty.
