Bedford Square

Bedford Square
A des-res workspace postcode if ever we saw one – right in the midst of London’s buzzing West End. These 2 top-notch Grade I listed Victorian buildings enjoy an understated elegance: laid-back Victorian meets sophisticated 1920s. The elegant high ceilings, decorative cornicing and use of traditional paint colours sit in direct contrast to the bold Ercol-style furniture, stylish wall murals and futuristic lighting.

Tenants of our Bedford Square office space also have access to the key to Bedford Square Gardens. Ask us at reception if you fancy spending your lunch break in these beautiful surroundings!

This imposing glass-fronted building houses 7 floors of office space with a striking mezzanine, which takes you down to our quirky break-out area and meeting rooms.

The beautiful Victorian features and earthy colours sit companionably alongside the on-trend Scandinavian furniture and oversized ornamental dogs – yes, ornamental dogs: they’re fab, we promise!

Audley House is positioned on the corner of Margaret Street and Great Titchfield Street at the centre of London’s trendy Noho media district. Close to Oxford Circus, our Margaret Street office space is in a prime location for transport links via tube, bus and mainline rail.

If you walk north of Oxford Street along Tottenham Court Road, we’re about 100 yards up on the left (so almost on top of the new Crossrail station). The entrance is just off the main drag in a building that has just been fully refurbished by Derwent London. ORMS architects have created a stunning re-design of the building, with particular emphasis on the ground floor, articulated with a blade and ribbon concept (you have to go there to get it).

We retained ORMS to continue with the design intent. Lots of natural light, event space , a lounge, individual offices and loads of meeting rooms make up around 34,000 sq. ft. of space that we have here.

Tucked round the back of Charlotte Street and almost on top of Tottenham Court Road, there’s loads of places to eat, drink and shop. And shop.

Despite being a sterling example of modern architecture (even following Corbusier’s 5 points of architecture) HWH has long been considered the ugly sister of the BBC’s classical Langham Place, yup the one with that famous rotunda of corinthian pillars. But we’re not in this camp, as Confucius put it “Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.”

Since we’ve got 76,000 sq. ft. we’ve decided it doesn’t have to be all work. We’ve worked with architects Buckley Gray Yeoman to create co-working spaces and a lounge on the ground floor for members to work, collaborate, socialise and grow their business. Meeting and event spaces for 2 -100 people topped off with a penthouse meeting space to be booked out in its entirety. And of course private offices for 2 – 100 people kitted out with dining areas, kitchens and lounges. It even has a library where you’re encouraged to ssh!

What’s new? Where’s the play? There’s a gym for yoga, boxing, HIIT and strength training with a sound system to match. A 20 – seater screening room is yours to enjoy as well. We’ve also got heaps of cycle storage, showers that will make you want to abandon your own bathroom, drying rooms, lockers and are planning weekly group rides around Regent’s Park and beyond.

Sound good?
The Smiths Building
The Smiths Building
The Smiths Building
This building was originally constructed in 1913 for Smiths Industries. They made the first ever Speedometers for the motor car so we have some industrial heritage with the building, albeit much of it has been destroyed over the years. Still, we worked hard with architects Stiff & Trevillion to pull some of that character back.

We also moved our head office into part of the space so the design has a little bit of everything we like from our other buildings; the space features a combination of industrial/contemporary style mixed with vintage/modern furniture and lighting. The overall feel is light and young with a hint of this building’s history. There’s a roof top perfect for events and parties (trust us, we’ve tried and tested) offices, meeting rooms and lounge space galore.
