Farringdon

St John Street
St John Street
St John Street
Our St. John Street workspace is rather deceptive from the outside. And it’s the unexpected that you’re going to love. Its frontage is that of a typical 18th Century London townhouse but to the rear there is a cool warehouse conversion. However, the icing on the cake comes in the form of an outdoor courtyard. Not bad, eh?

Inside, St. John Street is a brilliant mix of old and new. The original part of the site is packed with period features, clean lines and a sophisticated colour palette. This is in contrast to the laid-back New York style warehouse with its shabby chic and up-cycled vibe.

Just minutes away from Barbican and Farringdon tube stations, and located a few steps from one Londons best bars ‘Barsmith’. This Workspace is ideal for companies with a modern yet urban aesthetic. Not sure which location is best suited for your industry?

Farringdon Street
Set in one of London’s most sought after areas, the workspace on Farringdon Street, is located in London’s established legal district and Farringdon’s newly emerging creative hub. Check out all of our available workplaces to find the right one for you.

Previously a legal chamber, this beautiful modern building is refurbished to the highest standard throughout and offers just under 10,000sqft of office space across 6 u-shaped floors. The interior creates a stylish and boutique environment, which complements the modern building and highlights the existing contemporary features.

Flooded with natural light, our Farringdon office space is unbranded, fully furnished and offers a unique solution, which can be tailored to meet the requirements of each individual business. Found almost opposite Old Bailey, which is at the Fleet Street/Blackfriars Bridge end of Farringdon Street, it is less than a 5 minute walk to the City Thameslink services and equal distance to St. Pauls, Farringdon and Chancery Lane tube stations.

This vibrant area is packed with a number of traditional pubs, including the famous Hoop and Grapes located next door. Have a look at our London Mid Town area guide for more information.
Greville Street
Greville Street
Greville Street
Greville Street is a converted warehouse building, with some very high ceilings and some very large windows. Taking cues from the craft of the Farringdon neighbourhood, from diamond jewellers to cocktail mixologists, our aim was to celebrates the maker. The characterful building has been updated with crafted details and contemporary planes of texture. The rugged beauty of the engineering workshop comes through in matt black and brass finishes. Original features of the building have been revealed and celebrated - stripped original pine floorboards and exposed brick provide a textured and natural backdrop, to peacock green wool fabrics, tan leather, and cobalt blue iron columns.

Very close to Farringdon Station (around 100 yards) on the corner of Saffron Hill and Greville Street (you can’t miss the giant windows as you walk past), it has private offices, breakout space, event space and meeting rooms.
Kirkby House
Kirkby House
Kirkby House
This was a fairly grim 1970’s building that we rebuilt in 2009 and refurbished in 2017. Another Green building (award winningly so), Kirby Street has the largest roof terrace of any of our other London buildings. Working with architects Buckley Gray Yeoman, there’s plenty of colour, two beautiful lounges, 3 outside spaces, as well as offices and meeting rooms and event space.
